Hi guys, i'm buying the Phanteks Shift X ITX case and I noticed that the 240mm radiator at the bottom is intake, will this have a dramatic effect on air temps inside the case as I wanted the radiator to blow the hot air out instead of in?

Really your GPU only benefits from airflow in general unless it's a blower then you want as much cool air as possible

But I have mine set as exhaust in my case as it's only mounting point requires that to be exhaust to keep air flow

You always want your rad as an intake. The amount of heat put into your case by the phase change of your aio is negligible compared to how much raw heat your gpu puts out. I've seen exhaust rad setups increase Temps by 10°+
