ARCADIAN WEST
**Now Recruiting**
We are currently recruiting for an Arcadian team based in PST. Arcadian is a multi-team organization that is active in Tournaments, Leagues (Such as Overguard), Scrimms and competitive ladder. Time "commitment" is gonna be about 2-3 nights a week, roughly 7-10 PST, and maybe one or two things per weekend. Schedule will be a bit dependent on the group that ends up coming together through this recruiting effort. Looking for 4 players who are down for working on drills, strategies, call-outs and improving as a team!
SR RANGE: 2150-2850 (roughly. I'm sitting at 2517)
ROLES TO BE FILLED (bonus points for all caps heroes. These hero lists are not absolute, more like suggestions, but we do like the flexibility of being able to roll with more than 1 hero and change up team compositions):
DPS1 (Hitscan focus): TRACER/Soldier/Bastion/Mccree/WIDOW
DPS2/Flex (Projectile Focus): GENJI/JUNKRAT/Pharah/Offtank(s)
Main Healer (MH): Mercy/Moira/Ana
Off Healer (OH): Lucio/Zenyatta/Ana/Symmetra

Shooting for tryouts on Friday evening roughly 1700-2100 PST, but we'll fit them in whenever possible. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU CAN TRY OUT, I'm open pretty much every evening and have Friday-Monday off work this weekend. The intent is to get all tryouts completed this weekend. I will probably also do a callback tryout for likely recruits as a full team to check cohesion, etc.
