Hey Guys, just wonder if anyone has had any issues with the Corsair Void Pro (USB). I have installed all drivers and checked everything twice. The problem I keep having is that no volume is being produced and the mic doesn't work. Just wondering if anyone can help.

Are you using discord? Make sure that your mute button isn’t pressed and the headset is on (all happened to me, not trying to make you look stupid)

I've never had issues with my VOID headset except for when I used it with Discord. There's a known issue with software compatibility between them.

You have mentioned checking everything twice -- what are your settings like in volume and mic settings? Is the headset set to default on both the volume and mic settings on Windows?

Does sound manager show the headset or the mic?
