Hey guys I've found a good way to reduce ping by %30 or more by using a software called WTFast so i copied what they have written on their site about that:

Overwatch works with wtfast quite well , I play it all the time.
Here's what I find best to work.
1. Download and install WTFast from this link to get a discount:
2. Especially after patch day (tuesdays) I log into battlenet alone, make sure all my games are patched.
3. then I login to wtfast - choose whatever game I wish to play
4. Then I click play on the battlenet launcher.
I find that anytime battlenet or one of its associated games needs to patch. - do that without wtfast running.
So if anyone find a problem to use overwatch with wtfast then try the above procedure and you will be good to go.
