This solution is way too much for what you want to do. Just buy a normal sata 6gb/s SSD.

The compatibility would likely absolutely tank the boot times if you can even get it working at all on the system frankly. Optane works in very unusual ways.

Not to mention the fact that you would likely be hard pressed to find a board that would correctly run the Optane drive with this CPU in the first place considering how much in its infancy Optane is.
