Fuck the Windows copy, you can get one for like 10 bucks. Instead, spend the cash on 1600 and 1060 6gb/ 580 8gb

Delete windows 10, can get windows OS from Microsoft for free.
Can get a code off kinguin from Paul's hardware tutorial for $25.

I'd go with a 1500 or a 1600.
A 1600 if ordered online through microcenter is about $199.

Motherboard I'd recommend the Gigabyte AB350 Its about $69 from Fry's or Microcenter.

May be the HD3/M.2 board.
AB350 has a few more nice features.

Do not include the mouse, keyboard, monitor, windows OS. Into the main budget. Money Issues Solved.
