Hey guys! Im building a pc for somebody and they have a 700 dollar budget for the actual parts. I need your advice on whether this build is good or not.

Go for the 1060 6gb over the RX 580 4gb

Or instead of ram get the ryzen 5 1600, double the l3 cache and its 6 core 12 thread and comes with a cooler the 1500x doesn't come with a cooler

I would suggest a higher power PSU... RX 580 recommended 500w minimum. Also 16GB RAM is the new "recommended amount" these days. Also, watch some RX 580 vs GTX 1060 6GB videos, you may change your mind.

It's a starter build. He can upgrade the PSU GPU and RAM later on. This is a solid build
