Hey everyone! I’m planning to drill a hole in my desk to hide keyboard and mouse cables. Will it have a huge effect on the desks durability?

Unless it's a folding table or your drilling massive holes, no.

Nope and will make your setup look cleaner! Just install a desk grommet once you're done drilling the hole.
