For realz if you have an antistatic bag (normally comes with pc hardware) put RAM in it or rub it on the ram, or even jam it between it for like 5 minutes then try again

A lot of people don't have post speakers because they find it annoying. I only plug mine in if I have issues lol

Put the old graphics card in connect it and see if it boots up the one you just put in might have a problem
