Help? I dont think ive installed anything crucial that would cause this. I did manually restart pc after it did not restart after 5 min. Stuck on restarting status...

try reinstalling windows? with a usb on another computer thats atleast i think 16gb download windows media creation tool, run it, download it onto the usb. plug usb into your computer, boot into bios, set usb as 1st boot priority. (this is all off the top of my head may not be 100% correct.)

try to do a repair on a usb stickon boot from that into safe mode

Figured it out. It was booting from the wrong drive but i have no idea how that happened. I had boot drive 2 disabled
