Hello everyone, I’m semi newish to the game and was wondering how the loot boxe prizes with like a pumpkin or snowflake Work? Can you only get them during that holiday and is there a special thing u need to do?

Yeah. They're event specific.

Those are event loot boxes. You get the pumpkin one for halloween and the snowflake one for christmas. You can only get them during the halloween/christmas event.

Those are event exclusive and can only be opened at a certain time.

During the events you can bank on rolling them through loot boxes, or save enough credits to just purchase them in game
