Has anyone had a joy con replaced through Nintendo?

Im getting Rather upset with one of mine lately and ive been thinking about that a lot today actually.

I bought a switch from someone on OfferUp and I guess the right joy con only works when connected to the switch and won’t charge either so I want to know if I can send it back since it’s still under warranty but not sure if they’ll honor it since I don’t have proof of purchase

I did. Their service was fantastic. They returned my defective joycon with a scratch. I called again and they replaced it outright. Outstanding service aside from the hiccup with the scratch.

I'm thinking of sending mine in as well. The disconnection issues are way too consistent for me and it's highly infuriating.
