Has anyone else had issues with not being able to see any primitive plus official servers? I'm using the play anywhere version of ark from a PC.

Yes I've had the same issue. The only thing that worked for ne was removing the password and and searching without a password then I found it, I then added the password back in and worked after that

I had to restart ark for it to show too hope this helps
