For the first 25 years of the internet, there were no net neutrality laws.

Then Obama made the laws and they have been active for less than 2 years.

Now those laws are going away and it doesn't mean shit. The internet will go back to the way it was without regulation.

Net Neutrality is literally only 2 years old and I never had a problem using the internet pre-2015. Literally went to the same sites I do now and nothing different.
