What do the benchmark sites say? My son has the 270x & it's decent. Not amazing by any standards set in the last 5 years

They're pretty much tied, 760 is better at some games and 270x is better at some OTHER games. Though I remember 270x consuming less watt than 760, so it'd give less burden to your PSU.
