Does anyone know if it's possible to restore a deleted single player save?

My daughter wanted to play so I was going to let her run around on prim+. I did not realize the prim+ and normal ark save files were interconnected. (Thanks ARK )

The result was my main file being deleted. A year of breeding and building (all around the map) just gone.

I understand poop happens. If it's gone it's gone. I'm honestly most upset about the loss of my rex Sandman. He wasn't even my prettiest mutation but I just loved him so much.

Any hopes of retrieval? Or am I back at square one?

Spawn in a new Rex and admin command it to that color. Name it sandman. Problem solved lol

Thats crap theres a save icon next to each map you should of deleted that one not the one on the top thats for all unfortunatly you carnt get it back Sorry but hay the bright side you get to start again lol
