If it's small and I can download asap (so I can play right away) it'll be download.
If it's something huge, (BOTW) then I'll go hard copy. Makes everything easier that way, well for me. I still have 16gb left in my storage.

It depends. I have the feeling of wanting the cartridge of games im really excited for, but i also dont want to lug around Small game cards that can be lost. So i downloaded games like mario odessy and Xenoblade 2. But i own physical copys of zelda, The binding of isaac, and i got a pre order for darkest dungeon and the collectors edition of Project octopath.
