Can SNES classic play Genesis games if I sync them from Hakchi? Certain games I feel are better on Genesis, such as Aladdin and X-Men.

Yes as long as you add the RetroArch & Genesis mods.

Yep. I just installed retroarch and installed some NES, Master System and Megadrive games on my SNES classic.
