If you cut a bitnon processor couldnt you get a 1060 3gb? Spending more on cpu than on gpu is not thst wise

I have almost the same setup, haha. I'm running 16gb of ram and have an i5-7600k however, plus different cases and some recycled SSDs for additional storage.
