Anyone having problems with low FPS since latest patch? I even lowered graphics and still can barely get 70-80FPS when I used to be at 120-140FPS

A few updates ago my pc will go from high frames to under 60 and I have to alt tab in and out just to get it to work again

I always put every game on low graphic just to max out the fps

Windows is updated. I’ve always had it at ultra graphics and gotten 120 FPS until year of the dog patch. Now it jumps down to 20 fps sometimes and never goes past 80 fps. I lowered graphics and still does same thing.

Well for some reason today it’s like it fixed itself lol. Actually I wiped clean AMD drivers and reinstalled everything and bam I’m running at 200 FPS on high . And yes I know I won’t see any benefit from anything over 165 FPS since I have a 165hz monitor, but it’s awesome to have silky smooth game play again.
