Anyone got any ideas on whats goin on here. Wont boot at all tried takin ram out swapping it around tried switching bios on my card tried the reset button on my mobo and tried booting from a usb drive which it wouldnt do. Im out of guesses someone help!

U have led diagnosis lights on ur board I had a problem like this before I had to switch my ram from dims 1 and 3 to just 1 and 2

Check to see if the board has a slow mode switch. Also, reset the bios.

if it's showing the motherboard splash screen and letting it boot up to windows with a black screen, then power off your screen for 10 secs and power it back on. i had that on my asus monitor after my win 10 upgrade

You basicly did everything wow git cheap gpu and test that

I Think it's a Sata cable matter . Try to replace it from the Drive that has ur operation system

If u can boot into BIOS then atleast i can assure u it's not ur mobo fault...get inside bios and check if hdd is detected if not then change sata cable and also check CPU info in BIOS...
