anyone with any kind of splash damage aka most of the characters would be usless... then with that you would also be making almost any tank usless as they have big area damage and knock backs... imagine trying to push a payload as junkrat or D.va and each time you shoot is all the enemy have to do is jump towards your team then your kicked for team killing or just lose
