Anyone else have a Zowie EC1-A and have it completely freeze for 1-3 seconds? Ive gone through their entire manual and switched settings outside of 1000 and I havnt fixed the issue... I really want to like this mouse, but setting up a razer deathadder + installation took me less then 2 minutes, here I am at 2 hours+ on a "plug and play" and still go glory

Mine is like two years old; hands down the best gaming mouse I had. I'll keep buying Zowie from now on. Maybe QC failed you, get a replacement?

is this common for a mouse to fail right out of box? I've opened something close to a new mouse every 8 months from logitech/razer and never once had one fail new out of box.

I decided to hop into bios to see if it was something USB related and it happened in there which to me means its defective since its running absolutely no drivers. OH WELL rip in the chat lol

My ec2-a was like that. My fix was to plug it into a usb 2.0 port
