I have 11% FPS below 90 in the steam VR test, i did a small oc on the GPU does anyone know if the CPU plays a big role in the VR test?

the cpu you have is more than enough for vive's minimum spec requirements. if passing the steam VR test is your goal, you can look for a secondhand R9 290 using your GTX 760 to (partially) pay for it
