I feel it'd be much more beneficial if they stick to the hardware they have now. Devs are beginning to understand it more and more, and the paradigm of lower-end specs causing more creativity has already generated enough magic to get the PS4 boys scared.

Nintendo historically has proven that the higher end hardware can be taken down by the little guy.

We got a good few years before a hardware update like this unless Nintendo is going the Apple route. I wouldn’t mind if they did, I’d buy a new Switch every two years if the tech was worth it. Quality gaming on the go is such a luxury to me, I’d bite... But yea this is fake news. There are prob games in development for this model of the Switch lined up to 2021 lol
