Careful with the metal locks. The plastic ones break by design so you don't break the rail they mount to or worse and rip off the rail from the switch causing more expensive damage. I did some research when my left joy con started to not lock and I went with a 3d printed replacement, cheap, easy and is designed to fail before major damage to the switch would happen.
