-bastion needs another rework since he's actual garbage
-Doomfist needs a rework because he's actual garbage
-give reaper some small qol improvements to shadow step or his shotguns
-reduce the range of splash damage or reduce damage of splash damage and increase damage of direct impact (for rockets/grenades) pharah/junkrat/soldier
-reduce damage of concussion mine from 120 with no from center falloff to 80 with no center falloff
- mccree falloff range from 24m to 30m
