What's the best way to start building a massive compound to hold dinos in? Like, 15 by 15 and at least 10 high?

Depends had a base that had a bronto pin and giga pin it was q 40/80 with 12 walls high bottom.was for big.tames and ground dino, 2nd story fliers, 3rd story personal living.quarters

How'd you start building it though? Just one floor at a time with floors and ladders every two floors so you can run around and destroy them later once the walls and roof are up?

Or is it possible to place items while riding a Dino?
