Starting to learn about vm's, what's the best place to legally download iso's for pretty much every version of Windows?
Pretty much anything XP and up and including sub variations (Ultimate, Pro, Home, etc)

ISO is not illegal in any way. Downloading copyright material is illegal, and there is not much else you can do besides torrent to get copyright content

You can install any linux distro or a windows OS thats not activated

Its not illegal to own iso, its illegal to crack it, you can install windows from a stick but use a key
