Fallout 4 with high resolution texture pack is the most demanding that I know of.

Obviously crysis, realistically probably Fallout 4, or Elite dangerous in VR, since vr needs the best hardware I believe, my gpu supports it but I can't afford the headset. Or even Skyrim special edition might give hardware a run for its money with the best visual mods running
