What is the highest level you have seen someone have on splatoon 2 so far? I have seen one level 19 that is the highest and a few 17.

Was wondering because I know you have to get to level 30 to unlock all weapons and with seeing a level like 15 already by sat I figured I would start seeing level 20 but sunday but didn't. Wondering how long it will take for people to get to level 30.
