Warning!
This could mean a rise in price of Intel Core 2(& Xeon) E/Q series CPUs from 2010 - prior.
This is due to them not being claimed to be effected.
These are some of the only safest option at the moment. If you are that worried about security I would suggest using the fastest of that series of hardware in the meantime and disconnect any other modern devices from the internet including your mobile devices like smartphones.

"Patches are expected to be hacked and provide an easier means for hackers to find methods to exploit this security issue so until new processors are released for Intel there is no permanent solution." - Jay from JayzTwoCents

There's a list here. They say "Core i5 (45nm and 32nm)" but then they don't write that 1st gen Core is affected (they must talk about the 1st gen of Core i3/i5/i7)
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
So my LGA1156 isn't affected?

I used ESET smart Security. Hopefully, it should be fine.

Interesting thought, but I'm not sure there are enough people that are aware of the vulnerabilities, or enough who care.
