Took a gamble with some Chinese Atomic Purple joy con shells and it paid off.

Fitting wasn't too bad in all honesty, abit fiddly especially with the ribbons.

The fitment of the 3 part shell is very good,some screw holes/threads didn't feel too good but nothing broke.

Finish is awesome,its smooth unlike the rubber texture of the originals

Wish I purchased the back cover now lol

The screw arent threaded. There just sized holes. Its best to prethread them with a bolt before putting it all together.

Im pretty handy w. Tools never attempted somthin like this but i feel as tho its within my skill set i watched several vids on doing this seems the back cover is the easiest kinda scared tho becuz im a lil heavy handed
