Today i noticed at work we had 3 physical copies of Minecraft for New Nintendo 3DS returned, all with the reason saying "doesn't work with system" I felt so bad for thepeople getting them Christmas morning only to be disappointed and wanted to share the sadness with you all

I think they are exclusive for the "new 3ds family ? Probably try to use them on regular systems

It’s because they got it for 3DS and not new 3ds

Its just common sense for sales people to point out this obvious restriction, especially if parents and non-gamers purchase these. This was happening a lot with the Wii U well into its life span. There are people who are simply not in the know.
