Think TEC s are good simulator for CPU heat? 100W TEC cooler on the CPU block, Recharge (cooled liquid) hits the CPU block at 21.5-21.7C.
Rad is an AC rad, and the fans are two 3,000RPM noctura fans. Pump is a chinese special (works very well actually).
Second stage is another AC RAD with internal loop cooled by series of TECs. And the Noctura fans draw chilled air from the second rad.
