What's worse is then the dps completely ignore her existence and expect a Moira to easily take her out by herself

She’s become a pretty powerful DPS hero in the right hands.
Her hacking speed is at the point where if you don’t notice her beforehand, you’re hacked.
Her DPS has increased incredibly and her ability to stay in the backline is amazing.
