Sorry for the persistent questions, but I'm looking to upgrade the power supply in my Optiplex GX150, however, ever power supply I put into it, the computer doesn't turn on. I know with Dells it's very proprietary, but I'm really trying to get this sorted. What should I look up to get the right power supply?

There are adaptors for them, pretty sure Dell are 24pin so just have a quick Google Search and should come up.
Otherwise alternatively, try find a Dell workstation PSU, alot of them have gold rated 450+ watt psus with the same 24pin connector.

Yes the connector is a normal ATX one however the pinouts are different
