So, Ryzen 1700 owners, I have successfully managed a stable 3.9ghz overclock with 1.4 voltage. Cinebench score 1705, what are your OC stats?

That's about par for the course. You can try 50MHz more, most R7 have their sweet spot in that region. If you need much more voltage there, don't bother. If that works with little effort, Try to edge out 4.0.
