10min even with the heatsync. Samsungs software did exactly what is was suppost to. Its was fun to run the benchmark on magician on the 850evo I had then on the 960evo. Made me feel like I paid for something and it was worth it lol. I went from a 250gb ssd to a 500gb nvme
