Keep dying and eating yourself and your tribe mates, get a couple of fireplaces, fortitude to the max, walk around with about 10 characters all holding torches huddled together in fur armour... I've done all these and survived to some extent

120 fortitude with good fur. Even then you still lose hp but its like being in normal snow
