So does someone care to help me? I'm running ddr3 2x8gb corsair vengeance ram. I have my timing on 9-10-9-27, and for some reason it is only at 937mhz in speccy. However in my bios I am showing Mem clock @ 9.33 (1866 mhz) am I missing something?

nah dude, it is all good. You see, speccy shows the real clock speed of your RAM, because it's double data rate (DDR) RAM however the effective clock speed would be 1866Mhz ( roughly 937x2).

ddr means double data random accese memory so the speccy say to u the half of data (937x2) is 1866
