Recommendation guys. Have an old Dell inspiron laptop that i seldomly use any more. Core i5, 8Gb RAM. Thinking about upgrading it and save some bucks instead of doing a complete PC built for gaming.
Was thinking about an external GPU.

Exterbal gpu wont work well. Your cpu is most likely trash.

Well... You need a Thunderbolt 3 port... But is only avaliable in latest CPUs from Intel such as the 6 and 7 th gen processors. Not sure about others though

I also have a Dell inspiration 5537 laptop with an i7. It was unable to run recent games so I built a new p.c. You also go for a pc bro..
