if u have asus gpu go for asus sli if u have gigabyte gpu buy nvidia sli

The one with power is for a mining rig. You don't need that, get the regular one and run normal power (pci cable) from your PSU. I can't say if that specific one is any good but I can tell you the one with power isn't applicable.

When you realize it crashes a lot, go into your bios and set PCIe to gen 1.
