I think they should just revert it back to when the ult wasn't used until the effect was actually casted

Or just accept that his ult doesn’t have to counter every ult possible? It still counters a Lot of stuff. Gives more reason to run zen alongside your lucio instead of an ana/moira/mercy

if just make it to where he doesn't get jypped out of it if a random flashbang hits him. instead of making it can when he jumps, make it cast when he hits the ground

Use lucio ult while on stairs looking up, it's nearly instant
