Need some help guys... recently in the last few weeks have developed a problem with my pc restarting. These are the scenarios of every time it has happened...

Static shock from finger to light switch in the room where my pc is

Girlfriend plugging in the vacuum in a totally different room

Plugging my headset into the Xbox one wired controller I use on my pc

Static shock from feet to metal air vent cover that's on the floor in the room where my pc is

Nothing has changed about my pc and I've never had this problem until a few weeks ago. My pc is not on the floor and I made sure everything in the case is mounted how it should be. I also just bought a new surge protector thinking that may be it but its not. I know it's not good for my pc it be restarting like this but I'm lost as to what else to do.

EDIT: It is winter where I live so the air is really dry but I just can't imagine that's the cause of all this
