My pc Config :

G4560 ,
4GB DDR4 @ 2400Mhz CL17 ,
GA-H110M-S2 MOBO ,
GT 1030 Gfx ,
VS 450
Windows 10 Pro
Upload speed : 4Mbps

I get 200fps in cs go @ 1080p low-medium setting

But while streaming cs go at 480p to Youtube , There is frame loss , the game feels laggy although there is minimal fps drop.

Can anyone suggest as what needs to be upgraded to fix this issue ?

What do you use to stream to youtube? You have to play with your settings, like on OBS. Adjust what your speeds are for internet. Just keep playing with it and you'll get a good picture

I use OBS and I stream at 1650 as bitrate. And I am upgrading my RAM soon but RAM prices are too high recently ... But anyhow I will upgrade it
