Ctrl alt delete, task manager, press on gpu, see what makes it do that, end its task

i solve this problem.... it becomes from cpu... when it is on 95-100% i have fsp drops.. and when cpu is on 70-75% i dont have any drops..

Download MalwareBytes anti-malware and scan your whole pc with it. If it finds something start scanning other storages aswell, could be virus of some sort that is messing with your system
