Ping relies on the distance between two endpoints, as well as some routing intricacies of course. If you're far from the ping location, naturally it's high. 200+ would suggest that you're trying to connect across continents.

Match maker puts me in EU servers all the time where I get Germans in my team with 190+ ping. Idk what's wrong with this game.

Wired connection is the best unless ur on the best possible internet service provider. Also the servers you play on play a part in the lag you feel.
