Fallout 4 would be too hard to run properly without a lot of work and optimization.
Skyrim is 4 years older than fallout 4.

Fallout 3 and new Vegas maybe, not fallout 4. Struggles at points on Xbox one and PS4 (mainly due to really poor optimization I think)
