Not that code man, the expert mode Game.ini file that unlocks all Tek engrams for every player on my server at a certain lvl

Kinda like the code that allow me to choose what are in the drops that spawn around the map

Try putting the admin give tek engram code like tek shirt and put lvl beside it. Idk but that is my best answer
